I haven’t managed to watch all the matches so far but last night Switzerland v Turkey was well worth the wait. If you didn’t watch, the match was surely near being called off due to the heavy rain that came down during the first half. Despite going 1 – 0 up Switzerland lost the match as Turkey equalised and then scored another. I felt a little sad for Switzerland being joint hosts and being the first team to be knocked out of the competition. There is good coverage all over the internet but I’ve found Bet 365 euro 2008 pages to be particularly useful.
Tonight I’m looking forward to the Croatia Germany match (which is into its first half as I type this, happily I can watch a text coverage as I type).
